The Venue

The Historic Trolley House in partnership with Browne Family Vineyards is a wonderfully unique and historic space to host your wedding or special event. Built in 1905, the red brick building originally served as the Walla Walla Valley Traction Company Engine House. It earned a listing on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, the same year Canoe Ridge planted its namesake vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills.

Transformed into a winery in 1994, the building’s rustic and charming Barrel Room makes the perfect ceremonial backdrop. The room is seasonally available for your celebration from February through September and can accommodate up to 125 people. Weddings and private parties are conducted outside of regular business hours to ensure total privacy for you and your guests.

Catering

For meal service during your event, we offer preferred catering through Precept Wine, our parent company. Our full-time executive chef and team are based out of our Walla Walla commercial kitchen. Sample menus are available and all can be tailored to suit special diets or preferences

Wine & Beer

As a winery destination, we offer a variety of delicious, award-winning wines for your event. We require a one-case minimum wine purchase per 25 guests. Additional savings on both wine and your site fee are available with a Canoe Ridge Vineyard Wine Club membership. Our event manager is happy to show you several club level options. Beer kegs can also be arranged through Canoe Ridge Vineyard winery; keg purchases and additional setup fees apply.

Music

We welcome bands and DJs to play music until 11p.m. Setup is allowed two hours prior to the event.

Wedding Rehearsal

A one-hour rehearsal of your ceremony is offered day prior, by arrangement with the events manager.

Our event team has worked with the best service providers in their respective categories, and can recommend all the components needed for your successful event. A full list is available upon request.

Pricing & Fees

Feb – Sep outside of regular tasting room hours. Time allotment is six hours, including 2 hours for set up & takedown

Friday – Sunday $600/hr
Monday – Thursday $450/hr

Nominal Fees

Keg Setup Fee
A $100 service fee per one keg will be added for the set-up maintenance of the keg.

Gratuity Charge
20% on total bill

Reservations & Booking

A $750 non-refundable booking fee (applied to your final balance) and a credit card on file will secure your event date. Payment of the total estimated bill is due 30 days prior to your event. Any final balance will be applied to your filed credit card at the conclusion of the event.
